I think the worst toothache I've had is when I'm interleaving ibuprofen and paracetamol and still suffering quite a bit. I'd say that for the purposes of this poll, cycling between different painkillers, looking for painkillers that are stronger than what you usually have or being really impatient for the dentist all count as "really bad".

It's not "really bad" by that definition at the moment, it was really bad over Christmas.
