Company to avoid of the day: Yodel. For being unusually crap even by the standards of courier companies.
So I get an ETA for a parcel I'm very excited by and stay in specially, and track it on the app. Five stops away... four stops... two stops.
"We need some more information about your address. Chat with us." No "please" I notice.
The text chat helpline is a few minutes away from closing, I give it a try, no joy.
I missed an hour of my social event for this.
