I wonder if "gent" might count as separate from "gentleman", conceivably.

"Bint" springs to mind now you've jogged my brain with "bird". (Not sure why they were in the same headspace, particularly; possibly just because they're the same length and share the first two letters...)

I wondered about mentioning "bitch" (and also "ho", on the same 'gangsta' sort of theme), but I wasn't sure where [personal profile] ptc24 intended to draw the line between purely insulting terms and general ones. My mental rule of thumb was that if I couldn't imagine somebody using it of themself I wouldn't bother suggesting it. (But it will no doubt turn out that I misapplied the rule at some point...)

purely insulting terms - it may be interesting to see which terms are insults, which are reclaimed insults, and which are post-reclaimed-insults where people can't see where the offense is anymore.

Standard rule for brainstorming - if in doubt, mention it. Bad suggestions can always be removed later, and may prompt good suggestions.
